Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-10

This privacy policy describes how iGamingPaymentGateway.com ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or engage us as a client. This site is the public marketing surface for our managed payment gateway service; client-tenant operations are governed separately under each client's commercial agreement.

Information we collect from website visitors

When you visit this website we may automatically collect technical information including IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This information is used to operate the website, maintain its security, and understand aggregate traffic patterns.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party behavioral profiling on this site. If we add web analytics in the future, we will update this policy and disclose the specific provider used.

If you submit a contact form or initiate a Telegram conversation with us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, company, target markets, monthly processing volume, iGaming platform, and the description of your situation. We use that information solely to evaluate fit and respond to your inquiry.

Information we collect from clients

When operators engage us as a payment gateway client, we collect operational information necessary to provision and run their tenant: business identity, jurisdictional structure, licensing posture, merchant account credentials for connected acquirers, brand assets for cashier configuration, and technical contact details. This information is collected under the commercial agreement and used only to deliver the services described in that agreement.

Player-level data is processed on the client's behalf as part of running the cashier — transaction records, rail-side identifiers, settlement timestamps, and reconciliation context. The client is the controller of player-level data; we are the processor. Client-tenant data is logically isolated; there is no shared player table across clients, and we do not repurpose player-level data for any cross-client analytics, marketing, or modeling.

How we use information

  • To operate and maintain the website and the managed payment gateway service.
  • To respond to inquiries from prospective and existing clients.
  • To evaluate fit during the discovery and proposal stages of client onboarding.
  • To meet our obligations to acquiring partners, regulators, and law enforcement where required.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents, fraud, and platform abuse.

Sharing of information

We do not sell information collected through this website or through client-tenant operations. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • With acquiring partners as required to enable payment processing on the client's behalf.
  • With infrastructure providers (hosting, security, monitoring) under appropriate processing agreements.
  • With legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities where we are legally required to do so.
  • In the context of a corporate transaction (acquisition, merger, restructuring), in which case the recipient inherits these obligations.

Data security

We maintain technical and organizational measures appropriate to the type of information we hold, including access controls, network segmentation, encryption in transit and at rest where relevant, and audit logging. Tenant isolation for client deployments is architectural rather than policy-only. Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure; we promptly investigate and respond to suspected security incidents.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the services, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes. Specific retention periods for client-tenant data are governed by the commercial agreement and by applicable regulatory requirements in the relevant market.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and the applicable data protection framework, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or port information that relates to you. Contact us via Telegram at @zfxt5 to make a request. For player-level data, requests should typically be directed to the operator (the controller) rather than to us (the processor); we will assist the operator in fulfilling such requests.

International transfers

We operate across multiple jurisdictions. Information may be processed in countries other than the one in which it was collected. We rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms — including standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions where relevant — to ensure protection consistent with applicable data protection law.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies for the basic operation of the website and security functions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. If you decline cookies in your browser settings, the public marketing site continues to work normally.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve or as legal requirements change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that affect how we handle existing client-tenant data are also communicated through the client's existing channel with us.
