What does "branded, fully-managed" actually mean?
It means clients buy the right to operate a payment channel under their own brand and domain on our infrastructure. Players see your name. Funds flow into your merchant accounts. Every technical detail — hosting, uptime, security, integrations, monitoring, support — sits with us. You operate the business; we operate the platform.
Do I need a technical team to use this?
No. Most of our clients are commercial leaders, not engineers. There is no infrastructure to run on your side and no integration project beyond connecting your iGaming platform to our cashier. If you have technical staff, they are welcome in the conversation — but they are not a prerequisite.
How long does it take to launch a new channel?
From a first Telegram message to a live branded channel typically runs one to three weeks for a standard deployment. Timelines stretch when merchant account onboarding is the long pole, or when bespoke payment methods need to be added. We give realistic estimates after the discovery conversation, not before.
What countries do you currently support?

Do you provide the merchant account, or do I?
You provide the merchant accounts. Funds flow directly to your relationships, not through us. This keeps custody and reconciliation in your hands and avoids the most common failure mode of third-party channels — a vendor sitting between you and your money. Where helpful, we make introductions, but we do not aggregate funds.
How is your pricing structured?
Two parts. A flat monthly hosting fee covers infrastructure, operations, security, and standard integrations. A 0.1%–0.4% transaction share aligns our incentives with your processing volume — the lower end for higher-volume packages, the higher end for smaller deployments or harder markets. Quotes are tailored after a discovery conversation; the pricing page explains the model in detail.
Is the source code provided?
No. This is a managed service, not a software sale. Clients receive the right to operate a branded payment channel on our infrastructure for as long as the partnership is active. The platform stays with us; the brand and merchant relationships stay with you.
Can I migrate to my own infrastructure later?
The service is designed for clients who specifically do not want to run infrastructure. If your situation changes and you decide to move on, the merchant relationships and the brand assets are yours. The platform itself is not portable. We are upfront about this in the first conversation rather than burying it in a contract.
